SomaDoc

Somadoc Movement Therapy facilitates linking each part of the body to the whole through the lively interplay of connective kinetic chains.

Each session consists of strength and flexibility conditioning, neuromuscular repatterning as well as hands- on techniques.

Somadoc's focus includes pain management, rehabilitation from injuries and maximizing personal movement potential by focusing on efficiency of movement and coordination.

Integrating the mind and body in a somatic approach promotes vitality and wellness.
